At Chahak, we work to get your order packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. While most orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, the exact timeline may vary depending on the product and order requirements.
Order Dispatch
Most regular orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from the date of placing the order.
For customised orders and bulk orders, dispatch may take around 3 to 7 working days, depending on the order size, customisation requirements, product availability, and preparation time.
If your order requires additional time, our team may contact you with an updated dispatch timeline.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you through the contact information provided while placing the order.
The tracking details will allow you to check the current status of your shipment and follow its movement until delivery.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
Delivery Timeline
The actual delivery time depends on the courier partner, delivery location, and other factors during transit. Delays can sometimes happen due to weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not been delivered within 15 days from the date of dispatch or 20 days from the date of placing the order, please contact us at support@letschahak.in with your order number.
Our team will check the shipment status with the courier partner and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Dispatch time and delivery time are different. The dispatch timeline refers to the time taken by Chahak to prepare and hand over your order to the courier. The delivery timeline begins after the order has been dispatched and depends on the courier and destination.
